EVENT PARTNER - $5,000

  • Annual partnership events include Buffalo Tro, Haunted Hollow, Maple Syrup Festival and Breaking the Surface Community Paddle Event.
  • Partnership includes recognition on all marketing as Event Partner; banner at events, flyers, social media posts, website presence with link to partner website for event month, and verbal recognition at events that include audio systems.
  • Logo included on Maple Syrup Festival staff and volunteer shirts.
  • Eight (8) Dinner Tickets (RSVP Required) with VIP status and specially designed table topper on table. Includes an opportunity at the Buffalo Tro to give a short speech about their company and their appreciation of Touch of Nature (if you choose to do so).
  • Eight (8) passes to Haunted Hollow and eight (8) passes to Maple Syrup Festival.
  • Recognition in Touch of Nature Annual Report as an Event Partner.

PLATINUM SPONSOR - $2,000

  • Platinum sponsorship includes all marketing recognition as Platinum Sponsor; banner at event, on flyers, social media posts, website presence with link to sponsor’s website for event year, and verbal recognition at event.
  • Eight (8) Dinner Tickets (RSVP Required) with VIP status and specially designed table topper on table.
  • Includes an opportunity at the Buffalo Tro to give a short speech about their company and their appreciation of Touch of Nature (if you choose to do so).

STAGE SPONSOR - $1,500

  • Your company’s name and/or logo will be front and center on stage for the entire Buffalo Tro event. Only 2 spaces are available.

GOLD SPONSOR - $1000

  • Gold sponsorship of Buffalo Tro includes logo recognition on banner and during event – banner is posted all of October on outside kiosk and at the event, logo recognition on Buffalo Tro webpage as Gold Sponsor
  • Four (4) Dinner Tickets - RSVP Required

SILVER SPONSOR - $500

  • Silver sponsorship of Buffalo Tro includes “Name” recognition on banner and during event – banner is posted all of October on outside kiosk and at the event, “Name” recognition on Buffalo Tro webpage as Silver Sponsor.

OTHER DONATIONS 

  • Contribute to the SIU Foundation on behalf of Touch of Nature.  Visit our Donations and Camperships page and give a gift of any amount online today.
  • In-kind donation of an auction item for the Silent or Live Auction.

ATTENDING THE BUFFALO TRO

  • Cost per person is $60 each.  A table of eight costs $400 by October 2.  
  • Cost AFTER October 2 is $70.00 per person.  A table of eight $480.  
  • The price includes appetizers, alcoholic beverages, dinner and dessert.  All dinners include salad, baked potato, hot bread and dessert.  Vegetarian and other special diet options available upon request. 
  • Fair market value per meal is $30.00.
