Community Support is What Makes our Organization Thrive.

Thank you for your interest in supporting Touch of Nature Outdoor Education Center! We are proud to have been serving people with disabilities, SIU students and staff, and the surrounding community since 1952. There are several ways listed below to provide support to our facility and the programs we offer. First and foremost, we hope you decide to support us by becoming a member.

Volunteer

SIU Volunteers at Touch of NatureTouch of Nature Outdoor Education Center actively engages many different audiences by offering enjoyable and educational programs for children, youth, adults and seniors. We actively nurture engagement and involvement, and promote diversity and inclusiveness through our varied programs. 

Volunteers are always needed and appreciated during our many public events and camps throughout the year, including the Maple Syrup Festival, Haunted Hollow, and many others.
