Unite and Conquer on the Low Ropes Course

The Low Ropes Course at Underway Adventures is perfect for those looking to build teamwork and have fun close to the ground. Made of wood, cable, and rope, these elements range from 1 to 6 feet high, offering approachable yet engaging challenges. While the course may be low to the ground, it provides a great perceived challenge, making it exciting for everyone.

This course is ideal for exploring themes like cooperation, communication, and leadership. It's a fantastic way for any team to connect and work together, whether they've been friends for years or just met in the parking lot 15 minutes ago. Come experience the power of teamwork on the Low Ropes Adventure!

Take the Leap with Saluki Soar!

Ready to push your limits and rise to new heights? The Saluki Soar offers an exhilarating challenge. Climb up to 30 feet on a towering telephone pole, with the freedom to go as high as you're comfortable. Whether you're conquering your fear of heights or just looking for an adrenaline rush, this high-flying adventure lets you set the pace. Suited up in a full body harness and hooked into a secure belay system, you'll feel safe and supported every step of the way. Plus, your friends can cheer you on or lend a hand with the group belay system, making it a shared experience to remember!

Experience the Thrill on the Giant Swing!

Ever dreamed of swinging through the air with the greatest of ease? The Giant Swing is your chance to live that dream, solo or with a friend. After getting strapped into a harness and clipped into the system, you'll be hoisted into the air by your fellow participants. The best part? You control the experience! Call out to the pull team when you're ready, then release and enjoy the thrilling ride. Whether you're a daredevil or just looking for a fun challenge, the Giant Swing is all about having a blast and supporting each other.

Conquer the Heights on the High Ropes Challenge

The high ropes course at Touch of Nature is an adventure like no other! Suspended 40 feet above the ground, it combines cables, ropes, and wooden elements for a thrilling challenge. Get ready to navigate obstacles high in the air, all while safely secured in a helmet and harness. You'll be clipped into a safety rope and guided by our trained staff, ensuring a safe and exhilarating experience.

For an unforgettable time on the course, we require a minimum of three hours to deliver quality programming and maximize the fun. Please note that the maximum weight for participants is 275 lbs. Come join us and conquer the high ropes course—it's an experience you'll be talking about for years to come!

Get ready to explore the incredible sandstone cliffs of Southern Illinois with our rock climbing programs, located just down the road at Giant City State Park! This adventure offers climbers of all levels the opportunity to tackle the park's large sandstone bluffs, known for their stunning beauty and unique climbing challenges. Our expert guides will lead you through the basics or help you refine your skills, ensuring a safe and exciting experience for everyone. Whether you're mastering climbing techniques or simply soaking in the breathtaking views, rock climbing at Giant City State Park is an unforgettable way to challenge yourself and connect with nature. So gear up and join us for a day of adventure, fun, and discovery on the rocks!
